How can I download the MBTIOnline Teams Team Type Report with the Firefox browser if I have Enhanced Tracking Protection?

  1. Sign in to your MBTIOnline Teams account.Step1.png



  2. At the top of your Firefox browser window, click or tap the shield icon next to the website URL.

  3. Turn off the “Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site” slider. This will add an exception for teams.mbtionline.com.

  4. Click or tap the Download Your Team Type Report buttonStep5.png

    5. Download your Team Type Report and open it on your device.

Note: Repeat these steps if necessary. If this doesn’t work, please try the following:

  • Refresh the page.
  • Clear your browsing history to remove any cached information.
  • Sign out of MBTIonline, close and restart your browser, and then try signing in again.
